Oppose Governor DeWine and Dr. Acton's Covid-19 Orders
Call to Action
Little did Ohioans realize when they woke up the morning of March 9, 2020 that Ohio Governor Mike DeWine would issue an Executive Order declaring a State of Emergency that would alter Ohioan's daily life in ways they couldn't even imagine.
The Governor and Dr. Amy Acton, Director of the Ohio Department of Health (ODH), followed the State of Emergency with additional orders abrogating the liberties of Ohioans...

Then, on March 17, 2020, Governor DeWine ILLEGALLY postponed Ohio’s primary elections WITHOUT calling a special legislative session as is required under the Governors Power and Authority. However, Judge Richard A. Frye denied the request for a temporary restraining order to stop in-person voting on Tuesday March 17, 2020. Yet, prior to Judge Frye’s decision, Amanda Grandjean, Secretary of State Frank LaRose’s elections director, sent an email incorrectly stating that Judge Frye ruled in favor of cancelling in person voting. LaRose, himself stated that he nor Governor DeWine had the authority to cancel the election.

After schools, restaurants, events, and the polls were closed, the fun didn't end, additional executive orderes have continued...

As if shutting down nearly every reason for people to leave their homes wasn't enough, on Sunday, March 22th, under the direction of Ohio Governor Mike DeWine, Dr. Acton issued a director’s order to require all Ohioans to stay in their homes beginning March 23, 2020 through April 6, 2020.
Governor DeWine and Dr. Acton continue to usurp our constitutional rights with made up data regarding Covid-19. Their RECKLESS behavior is creating unwarranted FEAR in Ohio’s citizen’s! The sole purpose of government has always been to PROTECT our individual LIBERTIES!
Health director Dr. Amy Acton ordered the polls closed as a health emergency. Why does our Department of Health have the ability to perform functions that undermine our individual liberties? This same department is DEFYING the CDC and refusing to report both positive and negative results from Covid-19. WHY IS THE ODH HIDING DATA?
“Dr. Amy Acton admitted on Tucker Carlson's national TV show that her 'projection' of Ohio having 100,000 Coronavirus cases RIGHT NOW was based on literally NO Evidence.” As of 3/13/20, the number of Covid-19 cases WORLDWIDE was 132,758 with only 80,991 outside of China, yet Dr. Acton wants Ohioans to believe that Ohio has 100,000 ITSELF! How can that be possible? It isn't! She just made it up”.
Ohio’s governor and Health Department have created a FALSE narrative and MISINFORMATION campaign regarding Covid-19! Is our health really at risk, maybe or maybe not, but our livelihoods and freedoms certainly are!

We need to bombard Ohio’s legislative body with our Phone Calls and Emails DEMANDING these THREE things:
-
Release ALL current test data results to the public, specifically number regarding testing that has come back negative for Covid-19.
-
Make accurate Covid-19 antibody tests available for the public to test at home. This test should NOT be a prerequisite for Ohioans to return to work, travel, etc, nor should personal healthcare data from these tests be retained by the state to identify individual citizens.
-
RE-open the board of elections AND give an absentee ballot voting option date of April 4th and liberate business for those that WANT to re-open effective immediately!
-
Remove health emergency powers from the Governor.
It's our job as Ohio’s activists, to tell our government that we've had enough...
